Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

All in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the ship date. In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately in an effort to get them to you faster.  Many of our furniture items are custom made to order and thus require additional lead time.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder this will be noted on the product details page.  Additionally, we will contact you with an estimated shipment date of the backordered item. Occasionally issues may arise that lead to an unexpected backorder situation and we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that this issue exists. 

The estimated shipping time listed on each of our product detail pages is based on current stock status or custom, made-to-order processes. These dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Lolli Bean's. Lolli Bean's cannot be held responsible for additional delays due to custom manufacturing processes or shipping carriers.

Due to the oversized nature and/ or special packaging required for some products, an additional shipping charge may apply. Any additional charges will always be noted on the product page and will be reflected when you add these items to your cart.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING

Lolli Bean's offers Free Shipping on all orders unless otherwise noted on the product details page. 

DROP SHIP ITEMS

Drop ship items are those shipped directly from our manufacturers, artisans and designers to you. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding which items are in stock or will be drop shipping, please contact [email protected]

DELIVERY METHODS

Deliveries are made via FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS or other common carrier depending on the overall weight and destination of your order. Large freight orders (i.e. custom made furniture) are shipped with signature requirement upon delivery. Please contact us for further details.
