Below is our policy to determine if your purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Non-sale merchandise in new and un-opened condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 10 days from the delivery date for a full refund or for store credit. Note: you are 100% responsible for the return shipping fee and we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund or store credit.
- Returns without receipts or post 10 days from delivery date may be returned for store credit assuming the products are in new and un-opened condition.
- All sale purchases (including the use of coupon codes) are final and no refunds or store credits are available.
- All furniture purchases are final.
